Refund Policy

Credit you have bought and not spent is refundable for 14 days from purchase, in full, no reason needed. Email support@imperialtrends.uk from your account address and we will refund to the original card, normally within three working days.

After 14 days we will still refund unused credit at our discretion, and in practice we usually do. Credit does not expire, so there is no rush.

Checks that have run are not normally refundable — they cost us money at the moment they run. The exceptions, where we refund without argument:

• checks billed during a fault on our side;
• checks that returned a price we later confirm was wrong because of our error, not a change on Amazon;
• duplicate or accidental charges;
• anything billed after you asked us to stop.

Your ledger on the account page lists every check and what it cost, so you can point at exactly what you are disputing.

If you are a consumer rather than a business, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you 14 days to cancel a distance purchase. Because credit is digital content supplied immediately, that right ends once checks start running against it — but only for the credit actually used. Unused credit stays refundable under section 1.

This policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if the service is not as described or not carried out with reasonable care.

If you are on a monthly plan, cancel any time from your account and you will not be charged again. We do not pro-rate a part-used month by default, but if you cancel within a few days of a renewal you did not intend, email us and we will sort it out.

Email support@imperialtrends.uk from the address on your account, or open a ticket from Support. Tell us what you want refunded and roughly why. You do not need to justify a request for unused credit.

We aim to reply within one working day and to process approved refunds within three. Refunds go back to the original payment method — we cannot send them anywhere else.

Please email us before raising a chargeback with your bank. A chargeback costs us a fee and takes weeks; we can usually refund you the same day. We are not going to argue about small amounts.
